So contest the decision. Tell them what you had on your forum.

You broke something doing the following

Violent or repulsive content
Hateful or abusive content
Defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person
Sexual and/or pornographic content
Harmful and dangerous acts
Copyright infringment
Spam
Phishing and/ or malware website
Credit card fraud
Hacking

If you think you didn't you need to click contest ban and if they don't reply then your contest is declined. Forumotion doesn't have anymore control now its all up to Onlineguardian.

why did they not warning me before ban ?

1) Did you read the TOS of forumotion when you registered?
2) They wont unban unless you provide you didn't have anything illegal on the forum by contesting the decision.
3) At no point of time, you can save a database.

I think i have answered all, there is nothing more we can do to help you.

There is absolutely nothing the Support Forum can do about this. This is an external legal matter, where the only thing you can do is to contest the decision made by Online Guardian : http://www.onlineguardian.net/contest.php?lg=en&url=hauloc3.online-talk.net

Look it doesn't matter whether you had 5000 posts or 500000 posts. Content which is not allowed, will not be allowed. No exceptions made.

Also, you won't get the contest results immediately. Also, if still found guilty no action will be initiated. Your forum will remain banned.

Online Guardian will never be wrong as they are an independent company, in partnership with free forums. They don't care about your statistics. Sorry, but you should have had better moderators, who were actually moderating the content which being placed on the site. You have only yourself to blame for an incident which could have been avoided.

There system picked it up so thats why its ban. We don't have any control over this and the answer has been given.
