Been taking it every morning for months now. A holistic kinesiologist and nutritionist created it. He's a REAL genius!!! Does incredible things for people. It's not just about the ingredients in it. It's the synergistic qualities of it. Taking those things separately wouldn't do the same thing. It's an EXACT formula he created that makes for proper electron transfer in your body. Brings current to your cells. Gets you charged up! Its an overall health drink but athletes been loving it!

First day I felt it right away. After a month or so, felt like my body got used to it. I experimented by stopping for 4 days. I can def tell the difference from being on it and off it. I know Jude liked it too. This is when we were only taking 1 scoop of it. I bumped up to 2 scoops now and I really feel it! Gonna to experiment with three soon!!??!

This is with me and others as well. Its not a laxative but it does make you take some good s**ts! lol Toxins gotta be released from your body either through bowel movements or your pores. I believe its part of improving energy flow. Good thing.

Any questions about it, I'll find out for you;)

Protein Extreme???? You mean Snake Oil Extreme right? This is just another in the long line of unregulated sports supplements that do absolutely nothing, and make the most outrageous claims.

Electron transfer in the body? That doesn't even make any sense. Your body is undergoing "electron transfer" and thousands of other chemical reactions ever second of the day. If you didn't you'd be dead. This is just another "get fit quick" product that does nothing but deliver a cheap, easily available protein at an inflated price. Of course the extra money does bring with it that fabulous placebo effect, at least for a while.

Call me crazy, but I seem to remember the Bar-Barians preaching a completely supplement free and "clean" training regime. I remember reading an interview Rick had at Trying Fitness where he was asked:

"Could you describe your diet? Do you take supplements as well?"

And he responded:

"Only clean fresh food. Having a busy schedule keeps me from eating home less than I would prefer. However, I watch what I eat and stay completely away from sweets, fats, and junk food. I eat lean meat, fish, vegetables and fruit. I don’t add any sugar, salt or cheese to anything.

Not too many supplements; nothing replaces real foods. I take fish oil capsules, flaxseeds and Amino Vital energy gels as needed. I drink at least a gallon of water a day."

I suppose something does replace real food now. Such a dramatic shift in opinion on supplementation leads me to believe they are getting money for this endorsement as any other professional athlete would. If thats true and they have indeed "sold out", I am surprised at how fast it was.

I dont know im not to sure about it doing nothing, the testimonals sound impressive but I guess you dont "know" until you "know", because after all i havent tried it. Its not really a supplement, its an energy drink and its not really a protein drink either despite it being used in the products name. I think they said its all natural too, plus the creator of the product seems to know what he is talking about.

I think your jumping the gun with "sell-out". I suggest you listen to the man himself (creator of the product), if you havent done so already. I warn you though its pretty long:

I listened to it. Its just a lot of buzz words and flashy talk to make him appear to know what he is talking about. If you want a protein supplement go to the store and get a quality supplement like Whey, Egg, Hemp, Rice, or any of the major protein sources that are not only cheaper, but better for you.

People drop the same pseudo scientific talk when they promote new fat burners and the like. Turn on some infomercials at 3am and you will hear the exact same talk. I stress caution because the supplement industry is completely unregulated. You can say anything you want and claim your product can do just about anything without ever substantiating the claims.

A good example is Hydroxycut. It was promoted for years on TV and in print as the ultimate in fat burning and weight loss. There were numerous "scientific" studies with the most amazing testimonials. Of course further testing showed it caused severe liver damage.

Like Rick said in his interview on Trying Fitness. Forget the supplements. Eat a clean healthy diet and you will be ok.

The article you're talking about is from Sept. '07. I started taking this in May '09. The article says "Not too many supplements." My diet remains about the same as then anyways. My good friend made this product. I've known him for 2 years. He's been studying this for 30 something years. This is the first product he's made. Only thing I don't like about it is the name. It should have a different name. Anyways, he's an INCREDIBLE person. I'm very VERY lucky to have met him!

Yo CRAZY! "clean" Take a look at the ingredients. Tell me if there is anything that's not clean in there? I would NEVER put anything on the site that I haven't tried and am sure is healthy and helpful. This is my life!! Bar-barians is everything to me!!! U understand?!?! This ain't some gimic thing. Bar-barians is everything to us! Same as if I'm training someone, I would never ask someone to do something that I haven't done myself.

You're stretching for some hate my friend. Yea, I realize there's a sea of crap out there and it's hard to trust most products, what I can tell you is do better research. You're off with your science and knowledge MineralSubstance. What an introduction u made for yourself! cheers Welcome to the world of Bar-barians.
