my benifit year ends Feb 14th my call in date is the 15th? This will be my last benifit check before the 28th I am scared !

I'm confused about TIER 3 benefits
I thought TIER 3 was to provide 20 weeks of EUC for us in NV. But, my Letter of Monetary Detrmination (and my account on DETR) shows 13 weeks. What happened to the other weeks? If anyone knows, please explain. Thanks.
